Terms
These terms describe website projects sold by Zane through zanesites.com: websites for independent restaurants, pubs, cafés and salons, and stores for TpT sellers. A written proposal for your project always takes precedence if it is more specific.
The work
Projects are a fixed one-off price for a custom restaurant website. Typical scope is a mobile-first site with home, menu, about and contact pages, links to tools you already use, basic on-page SEO, analytics setup, domain connection, one year of Cloudflare global acceleration and protection, and three revision rounds.
Teacher stores
Teacher store plans (Store Launch, Store + Traffic, Exclusive Traffic) and optional monthly care are described on the teachers page. The domain and the Payhip, WooCommerce, Stripe and PayPal accounts are in your name; I work only through collaborator access. I do not promise sales or rankings, and you remain responsible for following the rules of any marketplace you sell on. Payment: 50% upfront to start work, and 50% after delivery once you have approved the store, both by PayPal invoice in US dollars. Monthly care is paid monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time.
What is not included
Custom booking, ordering, payments, membership or inventory systems. Advertising. Rankings or sales guarantees. Unlimited revisions. Full brand or photography commissions. Anything outside the written scope is quoted before it starts.
Payment and timeline
50% is due to reserve the build. The remaining 50% is due before the site goes live. Work starts after the deposit and a complete content pack. Most standard projects are then delivered within one to three working days. If you delay content or approvals, the timeline moves by the same number of days.
Your responsibilities
You own the domain. You confirm that photos, prices, opening hours and copy are accurate and that you have the right to use them. You name one decision-maker.
Private previews
A private preview is optional. I only make one after you reply and ask for it. It is a concept, not a live website and not a claim of partnership. It stays unofficial and non-indexed until you have paid and asked for launch on your domain.
