The dining room with cream plaster, wine shelves and tables set for the evening.

The house

Sunday cloth, weekday ragù.

We cook the way a small kitchen should: one pot on early, bread out of the oven while it is still loud, a short menu that can actually be done well.

Evening tables are for people who want to sit down. Sunday is slower, and the cloth comes out.

A set table: cream cloth, olive oil, two glasses and a candle.Wine bottles on wooden shelves against cracked plaster.

Sunday

One sitting, from twelve.

Sunday lunch is the same kitchen at a different pace. Pasta of the day, a roast if the oven allows, tiramisu if you still have room. Tables are held for the afternoon, not turned.
